Before writing, include if you can
Group name, invitation code if you have it, alias used in the app, device, app language and a brief description of the problem.
Common issues
I cannot join with a code
Check that the code is complete, with no extra spaces or characters. If the organizer generated a new code, you need the current one. If the group has closed registration or the dynamic has ended, the code may no longer be valid. If the problem continues, write to support with the code (do not post it on open social networks).
I lost access to my group
In quick mode, access is usually linked to your device and anonymous session. If you changed phones, cleared app data or reinstalled, you may not recover the group automatically. Tell support the group name, your alias and, if you have it, the invitation code.
I cannot see my secret santa
The draw must be completed and you must be an active participant in the group. In secret santa you only see your private assignment. If you are responsible for someone without the app, check the secrets or managed results section in your group profile.
I want to request data deletion
Use the official data deletion page or write to the support email with the information indicated on that page. We will respond after verifying the request when necessary. https://yamarte.com/tarci-secret/en/delete-data/
I am responsible for a participant without app
In your group profile you will see the results you must deliver privately to each managed person. The rest of the group cannot see those delegated assignments.
I added a child or managed participant
Minors and people without the app participate under the supervision of the adult who added them. Check that the draw is done and go to the managed section to see what you must deliver to each one.
I have problems with the draw
Only the organizer can launch the draw when the dynamic allows it. If participants are missing, subgroups are misconfigured or rules are incompatible, the app may show a warning. Review active participants and rules before contacting support.
I want to report a bug
Describe what happened, on which screen, dynamic type and app version if you know it. A screenshot (without sensitive third-party data) helps with investigation.
I do not remember if I used quick mode or a registered account
In quick mode, email is not requested at the start. If you did not link an account, recovery on another device may be limited. Tell support everything you remember about the group and your alias.
